Make sure you have the latest graphics card drivers. You can check the following links for the most recent drivers for your graphics card.
NVIDIA Cards: http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
ATI Cards: http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx
This probably means that your graphics card does not support OpenGL 3.3.
Any NVIDIA or ATI card within the last 5 years should be compatible (GeForce 8000 series and ATI HD series and above, see this link).
Integrated Intel graphics still don't support it yet so the best you can do is to write in and bug Intel to update their drivers.
There are currently no plans to release Deity for any other platform than Windows, but we're keeping our options open.
You can keep up to date with the game on our Facebook, Twitter and this website if we announce plans for anything.
The game was built entirely from the ground up using C++ using only the following 3rd party libraries:
OpenGL 3.3, FMOD, TinyXML, Squirrel Script, DevIL, FreeType.
We wanted to focus on a short and great experience, rather than something huge and mediocre.
We're a student team and given the time we had to work on this game, we weren't able to put as much content as we wanted.
There are plans for future updates with new levels, so stay tuned!
There is an in-game level editor but it is not built into the version we released.
We're planning on potentially releasing the level editor in the future!
We're not able to accept any donations or payment of any sort but you can do us a great favor by checking out these other awesome indie games!
